Helping People and Systems Work Together for Inclusion
At Connect 4 Change, help is provided to families, educators, and organisations rebuild trust around inclusion. The approach bridges lived experience and institutional practice, turning insight into action, and policy into something that truly works for people.
Grounded in both research and real-world experience, Connect 4 Change can help you navigate complex conversations about neurodiversity, gender, faith, and equality with empathy, evidence, and integrity.
For Families and Individuals
I offer caring, practical support for families raising neurodivergent children and young people, and for those supporting trans or gender-diverse children. Whether you need one-to-one sessions, small group support, childminder training or family mediation, I am here to help you build understanding and confidence.
I also provide tutoring and mentoring for neurodivergent university students, helping learners strengthen executive function, study skills, and self-advocacy — so they can thrive in education and beyond.
For Organisations and Leaders
Connect 4 Change partners with schools, universities, charities, and values-led organisations to embed inclusion across strategy, culture and practice. The work includes consultancy, leadership support, evaluations and training, as well as policy and curriculum reviews, and guidance on APP, OfS and Ofsted requirements.
I also offer mediation and advice on reasonable adjustments, the Equality Act 2010, and the Abrahart Ruling — helping teams navigate inclusion confidently, with compassion and compliance in balance.
